Player registration is done through the secure Connect Sports System.

Note: Regardless of the situation, all players are required to register for their correct birth year.

Follow these steps:

1. Determine your child's age group using the chart on the Available Programs page.
2. Click the Register Now button next to your child's age group.
3. Login to your existing account or create a new one.  For RETURNING Members: Login into your user account from last year. If you do not remember your account name, contact the registrar.
   WARNING for Returning players: Please do not create a new account to register. New accounts re-create your child's player profile which requires age verification and risks not be assigned to last year's team.
   NOTE: There is not a need to notify the registrar requesting to play up due to the new birth year age groups.
4. Complete the registration steps.
5. Valid Birth Certificates are government issued documents including certified birth certificate (hospital documents are not acceptable), passport, driver's license, or state ID card.
6. Read and acknowledge the waivers and consent forms.
7. SLSC will only be accepting payment by credit card; Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.
8. Complete the payment process.
9. Registration is not complete until Silver Lake Soccer Club has verified each player's age using submitted document.  
10. An email confirmation will be sent including your payment.  Please keep this for your records.
