2013 FEES

• Future Stars (U-06 & U-07)

Register before May 15th to receive a $10 discount.

Open registration period is April 15th 2013 through July 15th.

Late registration period reopens July 22nd with restrictions.

• REC (U-08 through U-18/19)

Registration is done through the secure Bonzi Development System. Follow these steps:

1. Click the register button on this page

2. Select Fall Recreation - 2013 - Players

3. For RETURNING Members: Login into your user account from last year. If you do not remember the information use the I forgot option. Please do not create a new account. Problems? Contact the Registrar at registrar@silverlakesoccerclub.com for assistance.

3. For NEW Members: Create a Username and Password.

4. Complete the registration steps.

- Check the age chart on this page to determine what age group to register for

- Please use Legal Names as you create your member account

- Please be sure to provide a frequently checked email address

- Please Note: you are required to register each player based on their current age. If player was assigned to an older team last year they will be manually moved by SLSC staff

5. Read and acknowledge the waivers and consent forms.

6. When you have completed registrations for all your players, continue to payment screens.

7. SLSC will only be accepting payment by credit card; Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.

8. Complete the payment process.

9. Print a copy of your registration form and receipt of payment to keep for your records.

10. You are now registered - Thank you!

11. Last step for NEW PLAYERS ONLY, please send a COPY of each player's birth certificate to SLSC.

Registration is not complete and team assignment will not be made until online registration is completed, fees are paid, and a COPY of the players birth certificate (FOR NEW PLAYERS ONLY) has been received by the Registrar.

Returning Players must have registration completed before June 15th to guaranteed a position on their team from last year.
