Treasure Office Description


Is just like it sounds, they manage the budget and keep track of our finances. We have a hired administrative assistant that is currently paying bills and cutting checks but the Treasurer would manage that administrator. They are also responsible for filing our business reports--taxes, state, etc... Currently, QuickBooks is used along with online banking tools to manage accounts. This position is well documented with dates and processes in place and we have current board members that have filled these positions in the past.
