Silver Lake Soccer Club's FUTURE STARS Program is an introductory soccer program for children entering kindergarten (must be at least age 5 as of July 31, 2008, for U6 Future Stars) and first grade (must be at least age 6 as of July 31, 2008, for U7 Future Stars). Players are given instruction in basic soccer skills in small group practices, and then have the opportunity to apply those skills in scrimmage games.

The season begins on September 6, 2008, and goes for 10 weeks. There are no practices during the week. All games and practices are on Saturday mornings at an Everett School District Elementary School in Mill Creek area and last approximately 1 hour (30 minute practice/30 minute game). The Soccer Club provides team T-shirts. All teams are gender specific and players are placed according to the schools they attend to the best of our abilities. Future Stars will not be at Cedarwood this year.

PLEASE NOTE, YOU WILL NOT BE HEARING FROM YOUR COACH UNTIL AFTER AUGUST 27th. PLEASE BE PATIENT-YOUR COACH WILL CALL YOU. The coaches will not be able to call their players until they receive their rosters at their coaches meeting which is scheduled to be held August 27th.

Please contact SLSC if you have not heard from your coach by September 1st.

Soccer Shoes or Tennis Shoes
Shin Guards (REQUIRED)
Soccer Ball (Preferably Size 3/Marked w/Name)
Water Bottle
