Recreational/Club soccer is for boys and girls ages 7-18.  Boys and girls teams typically practice on school district fields twice a week starting in August.  Teams play a 10 week season beginning in September.  Games are scheduled on Saturday and Sunday.  Each team purchases their own uniforms (typically $25-$40) and teams may stay together over multiple seasons.  All children are eligible to play - no tryouts are required.

Games formats/rules - Soccer is played according to the rules put out by FIFA except as amended by NCYSA.

Practice fields are not available to SLSC before August.  Practice fields are assigned during the summer. You will be contacted regarding choosing your practice field and time(s). For 2008, U8 and U9 will play in the South end of North County Youth Soccer Association including teams from Everett, Irish Soccer Club, Terrace Brier and Mukilteo. 

For 2008, all ages U10 and up play within the North County Youth Soccer Association including teams from Everett, Irish Soccer Club, Terrace Brier, Arlington, Granite Falls, Lake Stevens, Lakewood, Marysville, Sky River Soccer Club, Mukilteo, Whidbey Island, SnoKing (Edmonds area) and Snohomish.
